04 28 2007 - Tampa police make a statement to the media written on the back of a Christmas card envelope at the scene where Angel Jimenez was found hanged Saturday morning near the intersection of 22nd St and Rowlett Park Drive in Tampa. Police believe Jimenez killed his girlfriend, Cuadalupe Cajiga, in an apartment at 10118 N. 14th Street before killing himself. Police concluded it was a suicide because the receipt for the nylon rope was in Jimenez's pocket. BRIAN CASSELLA | Times
