through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and features alligator. The
unusual meat choice, which Parker is preparing on the counter, can be
served on a sandwich or as a side dish. Parker has owned the stand for
six years and brought the Cajun cooking style back from her years
working in an Alabama restaurant. "It's better than working for
