01 30 2007 - Gerry Neal McIntyre, who was carjacked by alleged gunman Adrian Williams, sits on the sidewalk with injuries to his face after he was thrown to the ground in the attack Tuesday. "For some reason he [Williams] did what he did, and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time," said McIntyre after the attack. According to witnesses, Williams shot Mary A. Grayson at the same location he stole the car, then traveled about two blocks down W Spruce St where he drove into a house where his brother was playing dominoes. Williams, dressed in only boxers and socks, then shot himself in the head. Grayson and Williams were in critical condition Tuesday evening. BRIAN CASSELLA | Times
