20060629 - On a Thursday evening in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood, residents of the Novare Group's Metropolis condominium tower are just a dot along the skyline on their balcony. The building was the developer's first of its kind and features 498 residential units along with 40,000 square feet of retail space in the 20-story high-rise.
