20060316 - Norma Jean, 64, and Neil Dobson, 67 live in an apartment
next door to Norma Jean's mother, Gertrude Wechtel, 92, at The Reserve
at Lake Pointe. The Dobsons lost their apartment of four years last
year to a condo conversion, and they struggled to find a new place
with apartments so depleted by conversions elsewhere. They consider
themselves some of the casulaties of the condo conversion craze.
