20050920 - Joseph Bodden, of Gibsonton, walk to the other side of the
Licata Bridge on Causeway Blvd. in Tampa on Tuesday afternoon to try
his luck fishing there. He caught one catfish quickly, but was hoping
for more. The windy day made it difficult to cast out into the water
very far, but Joseph said he knew the fish were out there and his
perserverence paid off after more than an hour. Behind him, rainstorms
