20050930 - Pedestrians cross Seventh Avenue through traffic on Friday
evening. Tampa police opened the road to traffic first time in ten
years during a Friday or Saturday night. They say they think it will
make Ybor's main drag of clubs and bars safer by keeping people from
loitering in the street, though safety was the reason for closing it
