20050813 - Hollie Reno (in pink), of Manchester, shouts a command as the group of 16 women skydivers practice their disembarking from the plane Saturday at Ellington Airport. The group completed a formation skydive with all 16 women, breaking their own Connecticut state women's record of 12 set last year, in a jump organized to raise money for breast cancer research. They money will go with Reno to the Jump For The Cause event being held in Perris, California, from September 26 to October 1 this fall where 165 women from around the world will attempt the largest all-female freefall formation ever. They have already raised about $500,000 through the effort which will go to the City of Hope Breast Cancer Research & Treatment Program. Donations can be made through www.jumpforthecause.com/holliereno.html or by calling 818-781-1354. (Brian Cassella / The Hartford Courant)
